Guarantee: If there is anything wrong with an image I deliver to you that is under my control, I will make it right (for example missed something in retouching). If you need a different size file or different crop on a downloadable image, no problem. While many things about your appearance can be fixed in retouching (blemishes or off-white teeth for example), some things are impossible to fix. For example, it is nearly impossible to correct a less-than-perfect shave. Same for clothes which are wrinkled or don’t fit well. Do review my Tips On Preparing for your shoot ahead of time. If you arrive for your appointment and I notice something which might be a problem I will let you know and I will work with you on a solution. I’d rather get it fixed ahead of time than have you regret how you looked in your images!

Reshoots: If you are dissatisfied with the images in a session, DO tell me before you leave the studio and we can shoot more to achieve your total satisfaction. If after leaving the studio you decide you want to shoot more because none of the images are doing it for you, I am happy to do a reshoot for $125 (half the session fee) plus $55 per image ordered.

No refund or cancellation on ordered images: Once an image is ordered it may be retouched at any time so I can’t always accept cancellations. There is no refund on any images or prints once delivered to you. If I did something wrong, I will fix it without charge.

Cancellation: There is no cost to cancel or reschedule if you let me know 24 hours before your appointment, otherwise you will forfeit your $100 deposit.
